The Southville Food and Drink Page
Greens encourage the consumption of local food - that is food that comes from as close as reasonably possible. If it does not come from a supermarket, then this should mean a reduction in the food miles that the food travels from field to plate. If it's organic, so much the better. For you AND for the environment.
This list is not exclusive - it includes shops we know about that sell local foods. If you can tell us of other outlets, or about other types of local foods, let us know - email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
The Southville/Ashton/Bedminster area is lucky - it is possible to get hold of most of the things you need locally. Please note, 'best' means closest - it is not a measure of quality (you will have to make up your own mind about that!)
We'll be glad to know of any other entries you think should be here. Please tell us This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
