Whitchurch Park returns two councillors to the Bristol City Council; at present one is LibDem, the other - coming up for election this year - is the Labour leader's seat.
The ward includes most of the area between Whitchurch Lane and the Dundry slopes.
Mary Wood was our candidate for the City Council in May 2006. She saw the Green share of the vote more than double, in spite of a bitter fight between LibDem and Labour candidates drawing many tactical votes away.
