The Green Party is growing fast. We now represent electors in the European and Westminster parliaments and in many English local authorities, including the London Assembly.
Here in Bristol, following the city council elections on 5th May 2016, we now have 11 councillors. This builds on our recent successess: in 2014 Molly Scott Cato became the first Green Party MEP for the South West and in 2015 we came second in the Bristol West parliamentary elections and became the third largest group on the council.
That's because we're working progressively on local issues; to improve the lives of all people in the city, and to improve our local environment. As part of the Green Party of England & Wales, we share a deep concern for social and environmental justice, expressed through our national policies, we believe fair is worth fighting for.
